This policy explains what information RelyTide ("we," "us") collects on relytide.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. RelyTide is an AI-powered property management platform. This site is our marketing and early-access page.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or request early access, we collect the email address you submit and any related campaign attribution (for example, the marketing link you arrived from).
Usage and device information. With your consent, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site.
Cookies and similar technologies. With your consent, we and our providers set cookies to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness.

Consent and your choices

We use Google Consent Mode. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, we do not set those cookies, and our providers receive only limited, cookieless signals. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which brings the banner back.

How we use information

To contact you about early access and product updates you requested.
To understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.
To measure the performance of our marketing and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share limited information with providers who help us operate the site, including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for analytics and advertising measurement, and our email and hosting providers. Data retention

We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your interest and operate our early-access program, unless you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention settings.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@relytide.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
