These terms govern your use of relytide.com and the RelyTide early-access program. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The early-access program

RelyTide is in active development. Joining the waitlist expresses interest and lets us contact you. It does not create an obligation for us to provide the product, and features, availability, and pricing may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, or submit information that is not yours to submit.

Communications

If you give us your email, you agree that we may contact you about early access and product updates. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing hello@relytide.com.

Intellectual property

The RelyTide name, logo, site content, and design are owned by RelyTide. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelyTide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the early-access program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
